What is legal tint in Florida?
Your windshield, front passenger and driver windows must have a VLT of at least 28%. Your back side windows must have a VLT minimum of 15% and your rear window at least 15% VLT. What does VLT mean? VLT stands for visible light transmittance and is the proportion of visible light that passes through glazing, measured at a perpendicular angle. Do tinted windows affect insurance?
